Official tri-county numbers from the Charleston Trident MLS (June 2026): the median sale price reached $450K, up 4.7% from last June, and closed sales jumped 18% as buyers came back in force. Homes are taking about 48 days to sell, and with 5,547 active listings there are more choices and more room to negotiate than last summer.
