- Intro all parties: co-op agent, lender, closing attorney, client
- Track and collect signatures, disclosures, and addenda
- Coordinate inspection, appraisal, and repair timelines
- Send deadline reminders so nothing slips
- Keep the lender and closing attorney moving
- Submit your file for broker compliance
- Final walkthrough and closing reminders to your client
- Get you and your client to the table clean
