My story, the short version
I know what it feels like to move across the country and figure out neighborhoods, routines, and where you fit, because I did it. We came from the Chicago and NW Indiana area and landed in Ridgeville for one reason: quiet. Real porch quiet, palmettos and pine trees instead of traffic.
From here the whole Lowcountry is right there: under an hour to the beach, under an hour to a day on the lake, fifteen minutes to the Edisto River. That is the version of this place I want you to find, whatever is bringing you here.
