I've never been to the Lowcountry — where do I even start?+
We start with a video call. I'll walk you through Charleston, Summerville, Ridgeville, Cane Bay, Nexton, and Moncks Corner — what each area feels like, who it's best for, and where to focus your tour day.
Can you help with schools?+
I can share general public, private, and homeschool information by area, but I'm not able to make zoning guarantees. Always verify directly with the district before you write an offer.
What if I need to sell my current home first?+
We'll plan the timeline together — contingent sales, bridge loans, rent-back, or temporary housing. There's almost always a workable path.
Do you charge for relocation consults?+
The first call is free. We'll see if I'm the right fit before anything else.
