How much do I need for a down payment?+

It depends on the loan. FHA can be as low as 3.5%, conventional often 5–20%, VA and USDA can be 0% down. We'll walk through what fits your situation with a local lender — no pressure.

Do you work with first-time buyers?+

Absolutely. A lot of my clients are first-time buyers. I'll explain every step in plain language and never make you feel rushed.
