Questions about home valuations

Is this the same as a Zestimate or an online value estimator?

No. Automated estimators guess from public data and often miss what actually moves your price: condition, updates, and what's really happening on your street right now. I pull recent solds and active competition myself and give you a straight, current-market number.

Is a CMA the same thing as an appraisal?

No. A comparative market analysis (CMA) is a real estate agent's informed opinion of market value, used to price a home for sale. An appraisal is a licensed appraiser's formal valuation, usually required by a lender. If you need an appraisal for a loan or legal purpose, I can point you to a licensed appraiser.

Does filling this out obligate me to list with you?

No obligation at all. Plenty of people just want to know where they stand. If you decide to sell later, or never, that's completely fine.

How fast will I hear back?
